**Job Description**:
Under the responsibility of the Online Lead Programmer, you face many challenges in the development, integration and maintenance of online services.

Your main tasks will be:

- Assist the team in designing, prototyping and coordinating game implementation while keeping in mind high scalability, availability and security
- Develop features on game servers (C++)
- Improved low level network libraries
- Development of debug and monitoring tools
- Peer to peer communication protocols
- Participate in the evaluation, code reviews and integration of new technologies and best practices, provide support to team members whenever needed
- Work closely with all team members to validate all technical aspects Online and ensure the sustainability of technical choices

**Qualifications**:

- 8 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge on C++
- Knowledge of TCP and UDP protocols
- Understanding of Online game architecture
- Sensitivity to network issues
- Skills in debugging and optimization
- Multithreading experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
