She/he will be based in Nanterre and will report directly to the HQ Controlling Director within a team of 3 people.

She/he will be part of Global and international community of Controllers.

This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge of Forvia processes and organizations (Top Management, Corporate functions). **Main responsibilities**
- Business partner for Corporate Departments (with delegation of selection of departments to Senior & Junior Controller)
- Ensure closing for corporate departments in Forvia-Faurecia Headquarters with the support of GBS-CSP (Controlling Support Platform Portugal) for P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash flow.
- Participate in the preparation of the Actual Reporting, budget/forecast/SP process for the HQ scope: Opex/Cash/Capex.
- Analysis of variances budget/forecast to actual results.
- Monthly reporting & presentation of results to corporate budget owners as well as to Group Controlling Director, Deputy CFO and CFO.
- Put in place and follow optimization and cost reduction actions for his scope and for the HQ scope/
- Lead cost reduction project for Forvia HQ
- Implementation of efficient reporting and performance analysis tools for HQ Functions and departments.
- Internal Control for Nanterre HQ
- Animates Internal Control process for Nanterre HQ
- Main contact point for external audit & internal control for her/his scope
- Facilitator purchasing process for his scope (PR validation in Ariba)
- Main contact with Nanterre controller based in Controlling Support Platform in Portugal
- Supervision closing tasks (invoices, accruals, reporting)

**The ideal Profile**:

- 5 to 7 years min of professional experience in Controlling or similar Corporate position.
- Business School with a Finance degree or master’s degree in finance / Controlling / Audit
- Experience working in an international and diverse environment
- Ability to interact with C-level executives in the Headquarters.
- Autonomy and problem solving oriented
- Team management and ability to interact and perform in a Matrix-type organization
- Skilled in SAP Finance and controlling solutions (ERP, Ariba, Concur, BW) and consolidation tools (Oracle)
- Process transformation mindset and Tool improvement ability (experience in project Finance is a plus): Ability to improve the tools used for HQ controlling and provide a helicopter vision.
