Support our mission by becoming part of our dynamic team We are looking for a **Manager Running & Fitness, **who will beresponsiblefor our South Europe business, covering the three countries France, Spain and Italy. **Your tasks**: - Be the face of our Top4Running banner in France, Spain and Italy, bringing the Brand-category vision to life for the South European consumer and marketplace. - Build and drive the category vision in the French, Spanish and Italian markets across all functions, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Digital and Retail - Ensure execution of the year-seasonal-key moments Plan x-functionally. - Be the voice of the category for physical retail expansion and contribute accordingly - Be the glue between the different functions as well as between the French and the European team. - Ensure seamless and clear communication, integrated processes to work effectively x-functionally - Set up and drive financial targets and yearly business plans in partnership with your key stakeholders and senior leaders (GM France, GM Running and Fitness). - Drive a profitable Running business model, being accountable for the South European Running Business. **Your profile**: - You have at least 5 years of experience in the retail and/or sporting goods industry - You have experience in leading virtual teams and the capability to navigate and evolve in a matrix environment - You are a strong team player, you have the capability to work x-functionally effectively with peers, teams and senior leaders - You are autonomous, responsible and accountable - You have the capability to build and drive a strategy and bring it to life - You have a successful track record in driving a business, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good understanding of retails math - You are fluent in English, verbally and written **This is what we offer**: - A highly motivated and passionate team and a great place to work - The opportunity for continuous development - The possibility of working from home - Flexible working hours - Employee benefits for our product range and for B2B platforms - A company pension scheme - Ergonomic office and modern IT equipment **Working location**:Paris, France. **Start date**:As soon as possible **Working hours**:full-time Work Location: In person
