Pt Material

**Job Description Summary**: Reporting to PT Material & Inventory Leader.

The PT Material & Inventory Initiatives Leader is responsible for leading Initiatives & projects in order to improve HVS supply chain. He/she will operationally support the PT plants in improving their levels of inventories & turns.

**Essential Responsibilities**

Coordinate plants key actions & support the plants in all the aspect of material & inventory management towards 2 main objectives:
**Improve the material ordering process with Flexible Procurement mode**:

- Pushing Inventory carrying cost to supplier -Vendor Buffer Stock, consignment, Vendor Advanced Stock
- jointly with local Sourcing teams & Procurement teams
- Promoting in sequence (JIT) material delivery to production - Scheduling agreement, Vendor Managed Inventory, Kanban**-**

**Improving the system accuracy with a Material Management 100% through the ERP**:

- ** MRP Policy**: Set up the guideline, Measure & Improve the material ordering process to put them under control through the right MRP parameters set up - Safety stock, Minimum quantities, lot size, lead time
- ** Material data accuracy**: driving initiatives & implementing a continuous process to review material data accuracy with plants focusing on MOS tool & Po management

**Inventory monitoring**:

- Identify trends vs targets & normative, coordinate actions and follow up -plant action plans, inventory PSR
- Driving punctual analysis on excess inventory level according to the priorities set with PT Material & Inventory Leader -SMI, Obsolete, Excess
- Provide **technical support on tools** -SAP - BO query - to the plants when needed.

Actively participate in identifying and sharing **best material management practices** among HVS & PQP plants

**Qualifications / Requirements**

**Educational Requirements**
- bachelor’s degree in engineering, PM, Supply chain management, business from an accredited university or

college
- **5+ year **Experience in Supply chain operations, Material & Inventory Management
- ** Location(s)**:open on the location France -Europe

**Desired Characteristics**
- **Specific knowledge**:

- Extensive knowledge in Material Data Management based on SAP ERP
- Broad competence in flow analyses
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English, other languages would be a plus.
