**(Junior) HR Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)**:
Are you looking for an exciting new role in marketing? - one where your creativity can be explored? Then step forward and discover Rhenus where you will work with the HR international team and be part of a decentralized team in the European Rhenus Freight Road organization. This position will involve a blend of digital marketing, creative, content development skills related to HR activities, all intended to build Rhenus employer branding and networks. Therefore, this position offers flexibility and you can work from anywhere in the European region.
**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:
- You will plan and manage recruitment and social media campaigns and also be responsible for newsletter and intranet content.
- Within this role, you will establish and develop European wide university collaborations.
- Your responsibility will also include identifying the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience.
- Your role will include monitoring Glassdoor, LinkedIn and to plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers and manage the employee referral system.
- Furthermore, you responsibility will include to design and plan recruiting events and serve as brand ambassador.
**WHAT YOU BRING**:
- You have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources, Marketing, PR or similar relevant field.
- You possess relevant work experience in the field of recruitment and/ or HR marketing.
- Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have experience in managing website content, working with Google Analytics and photo as well as video editing skills.
- You are an individual who is a creative thinker, problem solver with an extroverted personality.
- Futhermore, you have excellent verbal skills and are fluent in English and additional language is a plus.
