The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile industry. The Engineering & Data team plays a key role in Voodoo’s long-term strategy. It enables Voodoo to both accelerate product diversification and provide a state-of-the-art growth engine to distribute and scale our games. They create innovative solutions that drive growth with a pragmatic approach, ranging from simple searching to complex machine learning systems.

We are looking for a Data Analyst who is deeply passionate about data-driven decisions, transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights, and who is constantly driving themselves and the team towards completing the next challenge.

The Analytics Team works closely with Voodoo’s game studios. We specialize in crafting analytical tools that dissect gaming behavior, offering crucial insights to our studio game analysts. Our proficiency in analyzing gaming behavior equips us to devise and implement innovative solutions that fuel growth and fortify the success of Voodoo’s diverse gaming portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on end-to-end data projects in collaboration with internal departments, aiming to enhance our games and boost both monetization and player retention.
- Build and manage robust data pipelines to align with ever-evolving business needs, ensuring optimal architecture support.
- Develop dashboards and reports to foster company-wide comprehension of key business metrics and player experiences.
- Analyze large, complex datasets representing the behavior of millions of online and mobile game players, delivering actionable recommendations that shape game features, economies, and future product roadmaps.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- You possess substantial experience in analytical roles, ideally within a web or mobile company or the online gaming industry.
- You are highly skilled in SQL and have a proven track record of building production-ready pipelines that handle large and complex datasets.
- You have practical experience with Tableau, and can create dashboards that are shared company-wide, facilitating data-driven decision-making across departments.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to balance the tradeoff between time-consuming development and rapid results.
- A BA/B.Sc degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economy, or other quantitative fields is mandatory for this role.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and models will be considered a significant advantage.
