As a key part of our **Vendor Alliances Team**, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic **Extreme Networks Sales Champion** to lead the charge in accelerating Extremes reach and revenue through our partner network.
This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, energizing the channel, and hunting new business. You'll be the face and voice of Extreme Networks within our organisation translating strategy into action, and opportunities into wins.
**Your Mission**:
As the **Extreme Networks Sales Champion**, you will be responsible for driving channel-initiated growth by:
- ** Championing Extreme Networks** across Exclusive Networks sales organisation, running face-to-face sessions with key partners.
- ** Transforming vendor strategy** into tangible sales actions and outcomes.
- ** Uncovering and nurturing** new partner opportunities particularly Distribution Managed Partners.
- ** Collaborating across EMEA** with fellow Extreme Champions to share best practices and grow the brand.
- ** Influencing** the wider Exclusive Networks EMEA team with your sales energy and expertise.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Channel Strategy & Development**
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow Extreme Networks' footprint.
- Identify, recruit, and activate new channel partners to increase incremental sales.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform planning.
**Partner Management**
- Build and manage trusted relationships with partners across the region.
- Deliver partner training and enablement to ensure high-value representation of Extreme solutions.
- Own pipeline generation and opportunity progression within Distribution Managed accounts.
**Sales Performance & Enablement**
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline health.
- Use CRM and analytics tools to report on sales activity and identify improvements.
- Work with partners on co-branded sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and joint execution plans.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Act as the central point between Exclusive Networks, Extreme Networks, and channel partners.
- Align closely with marketing, pre-sales, operations, and services teams to support partner growth.
- Attend and contribute to EXN and Extreme events and strategy sessions.
**Market Intelligence & Feedback**
- Stay current on industry developments, partner feedback, and tech alliances.
- Feed actionable insights back to internal stakeholders to refine messaging and tactics.
**QUALIFICATIONS** AND EXPERIENCE** |**About you**
**Skills & Experience**:
- 35 years of sales experience within IT, ideally in networking or infrastructure.
- Previous success in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or partner/channel sales roles.
- Strong ability to engage decision-makers and uncover business opportunities.
- Skilled in value-based selling and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.

- Passionate about technology and partner relationships.
- Willingness to travel to meet partners, deliver presentations, and attend industry events.
