How you can make a difference: - Support actively sales and services in administration.- Create proper tool and process to ensure compliance.- Handle the vigilance process and liaise with Global team and ANSM.- Manage and maintain document and business critical archiving utilising electronic archiving.- Assist if necessary customer and tender manager in order and invoice process.- Manage subsidiary supplier in order to create a sustainable and profitable organization (facilities, etc.).- Support duty HR agenda.- Report to the Country Manager. That’s what you bring along: Required- Customer focused. Delivering customer satisfaction, external and internal.- Experience within a sales and service organisation.- Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to balance multiple priorities with minimum supervision.- Results driven, self-starter with the ability to meet restricted deadlines and manage multiple tasks.- Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.- Minimum of a Grade C GCSE in English and Maths.- Fluent in English. Desired- Knowledge of Public Procurement Law within a Healthcare environment.- Experienced in the use of an ERP system - Microsoft Dynamics 365 an advantage.- Previous experience using independent thought processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow and anticipate future needs of the team.
