**The Position**

As a **Regional Product Marketing Manager (M/F)**, you will play a key role in connecting the European sales subsidiaries with internal teams (development, marketing, support, production).

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Department, you will act as the product and service reference for your designated area. Your goal: support subsidiaries in promoting, adapting, and rolling out offers while contributing to the evolution of our products in line with market expectations.

**Main Missions and Responsibilities**

**Market engagement and subsidiary support**
- Conduct active competitive intelligence on market trends and offerings
- Identify customer needs upstream and translate them into internal requirements

**Product development and monitoring**
- Support product managers in developing new products: gathering needs, technical specifications, tracking modifications
- Ensure proper follow-up of product requests and relay information to subsidiaries and customers
- Maintain and monitor specifications for major key account customers

**Marketing tools, training, and events**
- Participate in responses to tenders
- Coordinate customer events (trade shows, exhibitions, factory visits) with subsidiaries: logistics, demos, materials
- Promote and deploy communication tools
- Design and lead internal training sessions on the product range

With a higher education background in marketing or business, you have significant experience in **product development** within a **B2B environment**, ideally in the industrial sector.

You are recognized for your ability to **analyze market needs** and **translate field feedback into concrete actions**.

**Technical skills**
- Strong command of **operational marketing** and the **product development process**:

- Ability to conduct **market analyses**, including customer behavior and usage patterns
- Good knowledge of **market intelligence and competitive analysis tools**:

- ** Fluent English** is essential
