Legal Counsel

Bollé Brands Group is a leading eyewear and head protection group that designs, markets and distributes sunglasses, safety glasses, goggles and helmets. Bollé Brands Group developed highly reputed trademarks like Bolle®, Serengeti®, H2Optix®, Cébé®, Spy® and Bolle Safety®.

We are located throughout the world in Europe, North America and in the APAC region.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- **Legal support**:

- providing legal support to our teams worldwide with respect to legal requirements relating to Consumer Law, E-Commerce, Distribution, Unfair Competition, Privacy, Trademarks, SaaS, Intellectual Property, Sponsorship, Product liability and Antitrust law, article L.441-3 of the Commercial code in France, etc.
- Providing effective, business
- focused, consistent, and timely legal services for our divisions.
- **Contracts**:

- providing training and education for stakeholders to ensure proper functioning and transparency of contractual and other processes
- negotiation and drafting of various contracts ((multi-entity, multi-activity, multi-jurisdictional)
- supporting development and improvement of contracts templates.
- **Projects**:

- supporting pan-EMEA Legal projects and activities as required.
- Monitoring and reporting to management on legal and regulatory developments at national and EU level affecting business in Europe
- reporting on activities, risks and opportunities to the head of legal.
- **Corporate law**:

- preparing, reviewing and coordinating all relevant document required for all of the corporate entities of the group (board of directors meetings, approval of annual accounts, share capital increases, changes of bylaws and ensuring the corporate secretary with record keeping of the decisions)
- **Compliance**:

- assisting with the development of training for business partners to advance business needs and compliance initiatives (GDPR, Whistleblowing, embargo, international sanction, etc.).

**Hard skills**:

- 3-5+ years of experience working in a complex and highly regulated multinational environment
- Fluent in French and English - excellent English writing skills required
- CAPA and LLM is a plus

**Soft Skills**:

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possesses ability to convey legal concepts in a simple manner.
- Proactive attitude and supports change in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage numerous projects and conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment.
