2. Description of the department
The Listed Real Asset Fund Management team of AXA IM - Alts invests throughout the entire spectrum of the listed securities (equity and debt instruments). The team tracks Real Estate and Infrastructure investment opportunities in Europe, North America, Australia and Asia.

3. The main responsibilities of the role

Analysis of infrastructure companies (125 issuers followed within a preselected issuer-universe)
Contribute to the development of company analysis & valuation tools
Contribute to the integration of ESG throughout our investment process
Contribute to the development of quantitative research and portfolio modelling
Provide relevant sector analysis to support Portfolio Manager decisions throughout 11 sub-sectors
Participation to roadshows organized by companies
Peers and valuation analysis
Present investment cases to the team

4. Profile
Education/Qualifications
- Postgraduate studies in leading business schools, engineering schools or universities

Experience
- Proven interest in the Infrastructure sector
- Previous experiences in a financial institution or in a infrastructure company would be considered as a plus

Competencies
- Team player, accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment
- Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure, desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
- Fluency in English is required and fluency in French would be seen as a plus
- Advanced skills in Excel (modelling)
