Associate Fragrance Development Director Fine Fragrance

**Key Responsibilities**:
Fragrance development evaluation and collection, lead on International Projects and pro-active initiatives

Manages effectively highly complex / critical projects and mentor others on project management capabilities

Solid partner of perfumer, guiding them in their developments

Participates to category strategy definition and execution (across functions: CMI, Technical resources, CI, perfumers, sales

Constantly develops in-depth market product knowledge in other categories

Improves efficiency and generates sales by using and promoting successfully collection

Detects olfactive trends and needs for category (Marketing insight) and turns them into concrete fragrance solutions

Manage junior talent

Creates and animates internal olfactive training
