**Contexte**:
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un **Ingénieur Logiciel en Systèmes de Contrôle Énergétique (Python, Power Systems)** en CDI pour rejoindre l’équipe de Noveo. Vous interviendrez directement chez l’un de nos clients sur un projet à long terme dédié aux systèmes de gestion énergétique et d’optimisation des microgrids.

**Vos Missions**:

- Concevoir, implémenter et tester des algorithmes de contrôle pour optimiser le fonctionnement de systèmes énergétiques (microgrids hybrides et centrales électriques à grande échelle).
- Assurer une intégration fluide des nouvelles fonctionnalités avec l’équipe de développement.
- Participer aux revues de code pour garantir la qualité et le partage des connaissances.
- Échanger avec l’équipe produit pour évaluer la faisabilité technique et identifier les risques potentiels.

**Profil Recherché**:
De formation Ingénieur (bac +5) en électricité, automatique, informatique industrielle, mécanique ou mathématiques appliquées, vous justifiez d’une expérience dans les systèmes énergétiques ou microgrids hybrides.

- Programmation en **Python**:

- Maîtrise de **Git** (contrôle de version)
- Interaction avec le système d’exploitation **Linux** (ligne de commande)
- Connaissances en **électronique de puissance**, production photovoltaïque et stockage d’énergie par batterie
- **Langues**:

- Anglais courant requis
- Français apprécié mais non obligatoire
- **Soft Skills**:

- Bonne communication technique et esprit d’équipe
- Proactivité, même en conditions de travail à distance

**Rémunération et Avantages**:

- Rémunération selon profil
- Titres restaurant de 11 € par jour travaillé (pris en charge à 50 %)

- 10 jours de RTT (contrat de 39h)
