We are looking for an experienced systems designer to join us and work on a new confidential project.

As a Systems Designer at Oh BiBi, you will oversee the development of systems that will engage our players, and help define the game’s roadmap in close collaboration with the Game Director and the product/design team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Game Director and the product/design team to identify features that will support and grow the success of the game, helping shape roadmap strategy and prioritization.
- Balance and fine-tune in-game economies, progression and monetization systems
- Define feature specifications from initial concept to launch with monetization and playability testing to maximize user retention
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance game design strategies

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Systems Designer in the mobile game industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Passion for mobile gaming and keen understanding of players’ behaviors
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience with production using a game engine such as Unity or a similar game engine is a plus
- Experience with Machinations or any advanced system tools would also be a big plus
- Good writing and design documentation skills
- Fluency in English is required
