Automotive Cells Company (ACC) est une co-entreprise créée à l'été 2020 par **Saft-Total**, le **Groupe PSA et Opel** (devenus **Stellantis** depuis)et **Mercedes-Benz**. Notre ambition est de produire des batteries au meilleur niveau technologique tout en rendant la mobilité électrique accessible au plus grand nombre.

Pour donner vie à cette ambition, à la fois pour notre centre de R&D et notre ligne test en Nouvelle Aquitaine, mais aussi pour nos gigafactories dans les Hauts de France et en Allemagne nous recherchons des personnes **compétentes et agiles**, notamment dans les domaines aussi diverses et variés que la R&D, l'industrialisation, la conception mécanique, les tests/prototypageset toute autre fonction d'une entreprise en pleine construction.

**Description du poste**:
The Data Scientist is directly in charge of Data Analysis requested by any department.

Also He/she communicates with the Data Scientist community of the other business units (Industrial, HR, Finance...) in order to exchange best practices in terms of data analysis and exploitation and thus capitalize on them within the ACC global Data Platform.

**Main missions, Objectives and KPIs related / **_Missions principales, Objectifs et Indicateurs associes_**
- Understand the requirements and collecting necessary data to generate insights
- Transform the data into an appropriate format to run the required analysis
- Select and collect the data needed to answer the problem, sort and select the necessary data, clean it and prepare it for analysis but also store and classify it correctly in the ACC global Data Lake repository.
- Create algorithms and statistical models to answer the problem.
- Generate data insights using the algorithms and models previously created to address the problem.
- Analyze the results of the valuations and make them usable and accessible in the global ACC Data Lake.
- Supervise and continuously improve the existing algorithms and statistical models.
- Industrialize the data analysis process through the industrialization of these algorithms and statistical models.
- Report the results efficiently insisting on insights more than technicity.

You master the exploration and exploitation of data via SQL queries.

Mastery of data visualization tools: Tableau, Qlick, PowerBI.

Mastery of Python, R and associated ML/AI libraries: numpy, panda, scikit learn, tensorflow, matplotlib.

Ability to manage a data project (define objectives, mobilize stakeholders, propose appropriate solutions...)

Ability to propose improvements in the field of data.

At least 5 years of experience in Data Science with concrete project examples and win
