We are looking for a: Product Owner (PO) M/F

The Product Owner (PO) of the R&D team is responsible for assisting the Product Manager (PM) of the relevant team in all aspects of specification and prioritization of development tasks.

You’ll be working on our Radiology Information System (RIS) called DxImage. This solution is dedicated to Radiology centers and essential for managing the patient file, sending reports and images to prescribers or patients.

You’ll join a product team located in France and an intercultural team of other product owners based in Austria, Germany and Belgium.

Main responsibilities:
1. Participate in the organization of an R&D team using the AGILE method:

- Assist the teamlead of the R&D team in analyzing evolution and correction requests from clients, project teams, and sales teams, particularly in understanding clinical and organizational needs; help the team to define priorities based on their clinical and organizational relevance
- Take charge of the design and development with particular attention to the needs of healthcare professionals
- Write detailed functional specifications for new features or modules.
- Write the next product backlog tasks (user story) related to the specifications so that a developer can understand the expected functional needs and necessary acceptance criteria to meet them.
- Regularly update the product backlog of the R&D team and prioritize it with the Product Manager, considering the priorities imposed by the roadmap, project needs, and the criticality of support requests
- Participate in weekly meetings of the R&D team to discuss new functional requests.
- Check developments as they progress and participate in demonstration meetings
- Contribute to the production of Software Description Sheets (SDS) for each published version, ensuring that the illustrations used are clinically correct.
- Contribute to the training of project and pre-sales teams on new functionalities; Produce presentation materials for new features.
- Contribute to the development of the project with fixing issues and implementing new features

2. Conduct meetings with users:

- Facilitate working groups with users to define product enhancements.
- Facilitate development validation meetings with clients.
- Participate in software qualification with clients and consultants.
- Participate in the user club and User Day (organized by Dedalus) to present product.

**Qualifications**:
3-5 years’ experience with a mix of product ownership, product management, product design, or other relevant product related experience.

You're familiar with Radiology Information Systems (RIS).

The necessary requirements and skills are:

- Engineering knowledge (.NET Framework)
- Sufficient technical knowledge (software) to work with R&D
- Ability to conduct competitive and regulatory monitoring affecting product functionality
- Preferably knowledge about AGILE development
- Preferably knowledge of medical information systems

Excellent communicant, you’re known for you team spirit and your excellent interpersonal skills.

You’re creative and able to adapt to dynamic objectives.

Mastery of English and French are needed.
