**What part will you play?**
- Acts as primary interface to managed charging customers in the after-sales phase
- Ensures highest customer satisfaction throughout the engagement
- Drives upselling opportunities to grow ARR (annual recurring revenue) and successfully renew the service for each account
- Provides structured reports on customer health, satisfaction and ARR pipeline
- Handles the cadence of customer communication including onboarding, training, and quarterly & executive business reviews
- Deeply understands the customer’s business case for managed charging and ensures that Siemens delivers against the business case
- Advocates for customer needs within the internal organization, including project management, service operations and product R&D
- Coordinates regional customer engagement / user forums to drive dedication and value
- Strong ability to drive action and follow-through in both customer and internal organization
- Participates in product development feedback loop to ensure product evolves to meet customer needs

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Several years as individual contributor in Customer Success or Services Sales role
- Consistent track record of handling multiple accounts, growing funnel and ARR
- Experience with Customer Success software e.g., Gainsight an asset
- Domain expertise in electricity sector, EV charging infrastructure and/or commercial fleet management is highly valued
- People management experience is an asset
- Proficient spoken & written English skills; German, French, Spanish are a plus
- Masters Degree in business or other relevant field
- Willingness to travel in Europe up to 50%
