**Job description**:
Reporting to the Campus Manager, your missions will be:
- Develop partnerships with Juniors Entreprises and student associations in target universities and schools
- Implement the action plan in line with the strategy established by the Campus Manager
- Report on activities to JEs and associations in order to monitor KPIs.
- Identify, prospect and go out to meet them. Ensure strategic and competitive watch in terms of school actions.
- Animate the student communities of Mantu's partner schools and universities
- Support recruitment team (sourcing, prequallification, follow-up up during recruitment process)
- Unite and activate these communities through events, training courses, case studies, etc.
- Manage the Mantu Manager Program
- Helping partner students to understand and learn about our businesses
- Continue to raise the profile of the Mantu Manager Program
- Duplicate the program in other Group professions
- Manage the network of alumni from our partner schools and universities.
**Ideal Profile**:
- Studies in business or engineering school
- Ability to adapt speech to different audiences (students versus school directors, executives and associations).
- Ability to federate and reach out to others.
- Rigorous, organized and comfortable managing and coordinating events.
- Pro-active and team player attitude
- Good command of Pack Office
- Initial experience in managing school relations, in associative life, internal auditing or a J.E. is a must
- Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
