This team of 7-10 people reports to the Group Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, member of the Group Executive Committee. This role will be responsible for contributing to key strategic or transformation projects, supporting project leaders in the Functions or the Countries, conducting in-depth analyses and contributing to delivering actionable recommendations as well as contributing to the dynamics of the internal network of Strategy and Transformation contributors. **RESPONSIBILITIES** As a Business Analyst Intern, under the leadership of the Chief Transformation Officer, you will be assigned on a portfolio of projects and work packages. These could include the following types of activities: - Project Management and delivery; contribute to cross-functional teams to execute strategic or transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of initiatives. Support Project Managers in steering or delivering their projects, possibly taking responsibility of the delivery of specific work packages. - Strategic analysis: conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential threats. - Data analysis; analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance - Business modeling: contribute to projects aimed at supporting functions / countries in revisiting operational models (including for ex process redesign, organization redesign, role mandates definition) - Change management: collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives - Stakeholder engagement: build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate collabo
