Training Coordinator M/w

As a **Training Coordinator M/W**, your main mission is to manage the strategy of the REFINISH France technical training activity by conducting the development, preparation and delivery of technical training.

This role is in direct contact with the Operational Marketing team, sales teams and externally with customers (distributors and body shops or after-sales manufacturers)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and build technical training tools and materials.
- Provide technical support to sales teams.
- Coordinate and functionally manage the France training team.
- Carry out theoretical and practical trainings.
- Participate in EMEA training meetings and provide guidance on country training needs.
- Participate in the validation process of new products and solutions.
- Participate in trade shows and support the communication department.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduated from **a Degree +2/+5** years delivered by School, University with a specialization in Training.
- **experience of at least 3 years** at a similar function, ideally acquired in the automotive sector, B2B.
- Master of the Office Pack.
- Functional English required and fluent French.
- Based in Rueil Malmaison, Gennevilliers - 50% of travelling on the French territory.
