Rejoins une jeune start up (2019) qui a déjà levé plusieurs dizaines de millions d'euros pour faciliter les acomptes sur salaires Carla recrute un(e) Content & Social Media Manager à Paris en CDI 40-45k - Télétravail flexible Exp 3 ans min. - Expertise en planning stratégique, du content/social et/ou du journalisme - Anglais courant **MISSION**: **Définir et piloter les stratégies de contenu et social media**: B2B (et plus ponctuellement B2C) et exécuter la production en collaboration avec une agence de contenus et des influenceurs B2B. **RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS**: - Prendre contact avec des personnalités et les interviewer (DRH, sociologues, économistes, philosophes, auteurs, C&B, élus, etc.) **Partie Social**: - Créer et mettre en place une stratégie éditoriale dédiée à chaque réseau utilisé en définissant et en pilotant les calendriers rédactionnels - Définir des stratégies éditoriales par key people (déterminer leurs territoires d’expression, le ton, etc.) **Veille globale**: - Social : Assurer une veille super quali : tendances, les opé qui font du bruit, etc. - Content : Effectuer une veille assidue pour alimenter les contenus produits : études, chiffres clés, tendances, chat GPT, etc. **PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**: **Cela paraît évident mais rappelons le**: tu es super à l’aise sur les réseaux sociaux et pour toi poster n’est pas seulement une question de fréquence, c’est le nouvel art de communiquer / punchliner. **Par ailleurs, ton appétence pour la tech est significative**: tu maîtrises idéalement les techniques du marketing B2B et tu connais les bases du SEO (un vrai plus ). Ne t'imagine pas que tout est en place, tu arrives dans une start up où tu as un rôle de structuration dans ton domaine, tout est donc à faire : ) Ton rôle est "super collaboratif", puisque tu travailles en binôme avec la Growth Manager mais aussi avec la Head of Marketing, avec l équipe Sales, la Responsable des partenariats, la DA et avec des partenaires extérieurs (agence SEO, agence de contenus, partenaires stratégiques, etc.). Il en va de soi, mais ta facilité à communiquer et à bien t'entendre avec tout le monde est ton atout majeur. Ta N+1 est la CMO en direct. Elle a 10 d'expérience derrière elle et elle saura donc t'accompagner de la meilleure des façons Postule en 2 mn et remplis le compte en banque des français
