We are excited to welcome You to our newest opportunity in France
- Act as business unit Finance leader and Partners with the BU operation leader
- Is member of the regional finance team, and implement the group, regional and BU strategy
- Expert at understanding the operations of the BU and responsible for driving financial analysis and using its insights to contribute to the decision making by the BU operations
- Contributes to the strategic and tactical decision making from the financial and economic perspective such as contract reviewing and business model optimization
- Collaborates with other areas of the Finance function to ensure reliable, timely and correct supply of information and the proper set-up and functioning of the BU planning & control-processes, administrative organization, internal controls and information systems and tax compliance

**Profile**:

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in multiple finance positions in an industrial/manufacturing environment with multinational corporation
- Independent, self-starting and interested in what is behind the numbers
- Highly analytical, with problem-solving and pragmatic skills
- Change and continuous improvement minded, hands-on with a can-do mentality
- Able to communicate effectively with group as well as business partners
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and French, both verbal as well as in writing, Italian/Spanish/German is a plus
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- High level of customer orientation, strategic orientation, results orientation, change management, ownership and collaboration
- Able to build networks within the organization and manage changes
