As a **Digital Customer Data Solutions Architect**, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing our entire Commercial AI Customer Data architecture, which includes a Snowflake Datawarehouse, Salesforce DataCloud CDP, MDM tools, an AI tech stack, and middleware. This role demands a strong technical expertise in MarTech and Customer Data Management Architecture, enabling seamless integration and operation of these systems to support data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing.

This position is part of the **Danaher Life Sciences Customer Experience & Commerce Team** and will be located is **USA- Remote**.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Design and oversee the integration of Snowflake, Salesforce DataCloud CDP, MDM, AI tech stack, and middleware to create a scalable and robust Commercial AI Data Architecture.
- Build and optimize customer audiences and segments using data insights to drive personalized marketing and sales efforts.
- Manage and streamline data flows across systems, ensuring seamless activation of data for marketing and sales use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, IT, marketing) to align architecture with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security protocols across all systems and platforms.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in designing and managing MarTech or customer data management architectures.
- Proven experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce DataCloud, and MDM tools.
- Proficiency in data integration, segmentation, and activation strategies across complex MarTech stacks.
- Knowledge of data privacy and governance protocols, including GDPR and CCPA compliance.

**Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements**:

- Ability to travel - travel up to 25% of the time globally

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Experience in AI/ML implementation and use case development within B2B sales and marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects or change management within complex organizations.
