RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Global Communication Assistant you are/ your main focus is to support the PR & IM team in building and coordinating the PR & Influence strategies and assets, following operations and executions.
**Your main focus**:
Participate in the creation of the Skincare communication strategies for the European and Chinese Markets.
**Deliverables for each skincare campaign**:

- Launch Books (communication part)
- PR & IM guidelines for local markets
- Events strategies and guidelines for local adaptation

Support the development of Skincare communication tools / assets for European and Chinese Markets to drive press coverage, experiential activations, content creation (videos, images, interviews):
**Deliverables for each campaign**:

- Press releases (in coordination with internal stakeholders)
- Digital PR platforms
- Seeding / Gifting recommendations
- Support & coordinate the conception & organization of global PR / influencer /retailer/ customer and internal events.

Coordinate all operations, working with external PR agencies, influencers, and markets / global teams to ensure event success. Ensure events are completed smoothly and assist in problem-solving.
- Market coordination: Coordinate local influencers events & activations. Validate local influencers profiles for paid & earned activations
- Internal coordination:
Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing / Digital / Media /Merchandising) to connect online and offline communication execution strategy.
- Reporting & Analysis

Monitor & compile influencers campaigns and deliver reports.

The team consists of a Communication Director and a PR & Influence Project Manager. This role requires the ability to work closely with direct manager based in Paris offices, and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments, such as Marketing, Digital & Media teams.

QUALIFICATIONS Available 1 or 2 years starting October 2024 Minimum Education Level: Bac +4/5, Business school (or on track to graduate) in Marketing, Communication, or Luxury management - Communication schools too. Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1-2 previous internships / work experience Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English & French Licenses or Certifications: eligible to work in France
