- You join the Agency & Middle Office Aviation, Export & Infrastructure team, composed of about fifteen people. This team participates in the implementation and monitoring of project financing and export financing operations initiated by the Front Office Real Assets and Global Trade of the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) for the benefit of large French and international companies.

On a daily basis, your tasks are:

- Review the legal documentation and carry out compliance checks;
- Provide technical expertise to the Front Office during the pre-closing and closing phases of operations;
- Coordinate the different internal and/or external stakeholders, notably borrowers and investors;
- Ensure the monitoring of operations (drawings, waivers, amendments, reimbursements...);
- Check compliance with the contractual commitments of the borrower (covenants, guarantees received) and establish the necessary reports.
- As part of a close collaboration with the business managers, you are responsible for setting up and managing a portfolio of financing operations in which Natixis acts as agent. You are in daily contact with borrower clients and investors, as well as with the front office, law firms, legal teams, and back office.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a higher education, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an investment bank.

You master:

- The function of an agent within a middle office;
- Financing operations (Infrastructure and Export syndicated loans);
- The analysis of contractual documentation in French and English;
- The usual office tools (in particular Excel).

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:

- Organized and rigorous;
- Responsive and customer-oriented;
- Motivated by teamwork.

You master English with a B2 level.
