One of the main drivers and key priority for the Sephora roadmap of the following years is the migration from Sap ECC to Sap 4HANA. As an international program involving more than 30 countries on 4 continents, this business transformation is highly sponsored and visible by the executive board of our Maison (great exposure). This Global program is structured in several deployment waves to cover all countries. The Pilot, covering 2 countries, is Live since September 2024. This successful Pilot is a key milestones to the deployment of the S/4 Hana core model designed for Sephora. Inside the Global Supply Chain team, you will be in charge of one of these waves and you will actively contribute to redefine the existing, design all the opportunities for improvement identified and ensure a smooth implementation for every business unit in the Wave. In your mission as a Project Manager, you will be accountable of the core model implementation and deployment; you will be the key contact for Regional Business Process Owners for all Supply Chain functional aspects of the SAP solution. **You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**: During the implementation of S/4HANA, you will be accountable for: - Promote value delivered by S/4HANA transformation program within the company - Define and animate design workshops with business teams and experts - Collect and assess functional requirements (key design decision maker, fit-gap analysis with countries of the Wave ) - From a Supply Chain perspective, take the lead on the design, validation, planning and budgetary follow-up for each solution - Identify and collaborate with the key stakeholders in Global teams HQ and within countries - Animate and actively participate in all relevant comitology instances - Lead the Key User training phases for Supply Chain, ensuring all relevant processes are correctly modelized and documentation is finalized beforehand - Prepare, lead and coordinate the User Acceptance Test phases For the continuous improvement and the development of the Supply Chain SAP Center of Expertise, you will be required to: - Consolidate and challenge enhancements to build and deploy, considering all and any potential impacts on Core Model and monitoring budgets - Propose enhancement to all the regions, assisting in the construction of a global roadmap and further implementation plans - Ensure that Business Requirements are captured precisely, and actively contribute to define ROI - Train and increase the level of expertise within the Supply Chain teams: create a community to share best practices, harmonize processes and KPIs, propose solutions based on the capabilities of our SAP model - Organize and lead the testing phases with the regional teams, evaluate and manage the change in case of impact on processes and operations Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Project Management or its equivalent. Solid professional experience of >5 years in the Supply Chain domain is necessary. You have previous experience in the implementation of technical solutions related to the Supply Chain industry. You will be working in a multi-cultural environment where a very good level of English (oral and written) is mandatory to succeed. International experience is a plus.
