**Le poste**

Cette société spécialisée en Data avec un gros focus Marketing & CRM accompagne ses clients dans la mise en place de solution et plateforme Data pour ses clients avec une orientation internationale. Afin de continuer de mettre en place des solutions et architectures data pour leurs clients cette société recherche leur nouveau Data Engineering Manager qui viendra piloter les projets et l’activité Data Engineering du groupe. Rattaché au Head of Data Platform du groupe vous prendrez en charge une équipe d’une 20aine de Data Engineer et serait le référent technique et projets Data Engineering & Cloud. Vous travaillez sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de la Data : Architecture, Développement de plateforme Data (ingestion, traitement, stockage, exposition des données), industrialisation des solutions développées (essentiellement en mode cloud). Vous serez chargé de piloter toute l’activité Data Engineering du groupe.

**Les responsabilités**
- Manager l’équipe Data Engineering & la practice GCP - 15 à 20 personnes.
- Vous serez chargé de piloter toute l’activité et le projets Data Engineering du groupe.
- Vous assurez le suivi technique et méthodologique de vos équipes Data - notamment sur le partage de bonnes pratiques et la montée en compétence.
- Vous serez amené à contribuer à la partie commerciale notamment sur le calibrage des projets, développer des opportunités en cours afin de faire grandir la société, les projets et vos équipes.
- Vous serez également amené à continuer à développer le partenariat avec Google afin de délivrer des formations techniques toujours plus poussées.
