**Description du poste**
Sous la responsabilité de l’Associate Producer en charge de votre montée en compétences, vous serez en charge d’assurer la gestion efficace des membres de l’équipe de développement. Vous vous assurerez de l’avancement des travaux et de l’atteinte des objectifs de production et vous maintiendrez un haut niveau d’engagement et de motivation des membres de l’équipe.

Principales missions:

- Participer à la définition des livrables et des risques du projet
- Effectuer le suivi par livrable auprès de l’Associate Producer et lui fournir sur une base régulière les informations sur l’avancement des travaux
- Assister des Leads d'équipes dans la matérialisation des plans de production
- Coordonner, déléguer et assurer l’organisation du travail à effectuer
- Proposer des plans d’attaque permettant de faire face aux retards pouvant affecter le contenu, les échéanciers ou la qualité
- Assurer le suivi et la correction des bugs (rapports de bugs, priorités, etc.) par l’équipe
- Assurer le suivi des relations contractuelles avec des prestataires externe

**Qualifications**
- Connaissances poussées du processus de production d’un jeu AAA
- Capacités d’analyse et de résolution problèmes
- Être proactif.ve, dynamique, rigoureux.euse et diplomate
- Être orienté vers les résultats et savoir gérer le stress
- Savoir gérer différentes tâches en même temps
- Avoir un très bon sens de communication
- Qualité de présentation écrite et capacité de synthèse
- Très bonnes connaissances d’outils de suivi de production (Jira, Teams, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
- Maitrise avancée d’Excel
- Anglais écrit et oral courant
