**Your role**
- Leverage our employer value proposition and referral program to attract the best talent and work in partnership with local partners
- Work in partnership with local HRBP

But also:

- Leverage Market Intelligence data to improve our external market knowledge
- speak up and help the entire Talent community to bring innovative projects, tools and ideas to develop tomorrow's best in class Talent organisation
- Raise your hand and volunter to be part of global and local projects and initiatives

And last but not least : collaborate with the global Technical Operations stakeholders:

- VP HR TechOps and its team
- Talent Management teams global and local
- the global Talent Acquisition network based in France, UK and US

**Profile**
- Fluent French and English
- University degree/Engineering/Business School/or PhD/MBA...
- Previous recruiting experience and ideally in a manufacturing site and/or for Supply, Quality, IT, Logistic, Facility Management functions
- This position is also open to Professional Athlètes in retraining

This position reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition Hub France

Primary Location : Signes, Var

Hybrid model : 60% office / 40% home office

Possiblity to have part time at 80%
