The mission of our Sales Force team is to represent our brands: Pom'Potes®, Materne®, Mont Blanc®, Récré O'lé®, Gloria®, Confipote® in major and medium-sized stores (GMS).

Our Sales Force in France is currently composed of 9 regions, each managed by a Regional Director. Each team consists of sector managers, sales promoters, and an apprentice.

To support its two sector managers and drive the development of our brands in large and medium-sized stores, we are recruiting for the Lille region, on a permanent contract (CDI), a

YOUR FUTURE POSITION:
You will be attached to the North region, consisting of 121 people, where you will join Pauline, your future Regional Director, 6 sector managers, 3 other sales promoters, and 1 apprentice. You will be responsible for a network of 92 stores. You will support 2 sector managers in the most important hypermarkets & supermarkets of the sector (50 stores), and you will also independently manage your own network of stores, type supermarkets (nearly 42 stores).

You will be itinerant across several departments: Nord (department 59) and Pas-de-Calais (department 62).

YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS:
Together with your Sector Manager partners, you will ensure Materne's commercial presence by optimizing the following levers:

- Holding & presence of our ranges (Digital Distribution):

- Ensure anti-stockout measures on our products on shelves
- Ensure our products are listed

Merchandiser:

- Maintain the perfect condition of our shelves through adjustment actions & signage control
- Reorganize shelves according to the plans negotiated by the Sector Managers

Promotion:

- Set up national operations negotiated by the Sector Managers
- Capture additional sales opportunities specific to each store

Administrative:

- Report information and provide feedback to the Sector Managers on actions taken

To ensure your future missions, you will need to be comfortable with IT tools: CRM software for daily reporting & use of the Office 360 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). This position involves early hours and travel by car to reach sales outlets.

With a minimum Bac Pro commercial training, you possess either initial operational experience as a Sales Promoter in the GMS circuit or significant experience in a hyper/supermarket as a Shelf Employee.
- Teamwork is essential to achieving your individual and shared goals.
- You know how to adapt according to your different interlocutors (shelf employees, department managers, colleagues).
- You are organized as you will need to manage your touring plan in collaboration with your reference Sector Manager.
- You will be a mobile salesperson, so a Category B driving license is required.
- Fluent in french
