SPECIALISTE APPLICATION H/F
Basé à PARIS - CDI
Intégrez une structure dynamique et innovante, où chaque collaborateur contribue à faire évoluer les pratiques du diagnostic microbiologique dans le monde entier.
Vos missions:
- Servir d'expert(e) en microbiologie clinique et/ou en contrôle qualité microbiologique dans les secteurs agroalimentaire et des boissons, en démontrant une compréhension approfondie des procédures de laboratoire, des protocoles et des bonnes pratiques.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe commerciale pour soutenir les activités de promotion et de vente, y compris les démonstrations produits, les discussions techniques et la formation des clients.
- Fournir des informations scientifiques basées sur la littérature en réponse aux demandes des clients.
- Assurer des formations à distance pour le personnel de laboratoire sur les diagnostics microbiologiques basés sur la culture.
- Aider les clients à mettre en place et à optimiser leurs flux de travail en laboratoire pour garantir des tests microbiologiques efficaces et précis.
- Soutenir les validations produits et les vérifications de performance sur les sites des clients.

Profil / l'expérience:
Formation : Issu(e) d'une formation Bac + 3 minimum en microbiologie, en sciences de laboratoire médical ou dans un domaine connexe. Un Master (Bac+5) est souhaité.
Expérience : Solide connaissance et compréhension des principes, techniques et pratiques de laboratoire en microbiologie clinique et/ou industrielle.
Expérience en laboratoire de microbiologie, idéalement avec une pratique directe des diagnostics basés sur la culture microbiologique.
Aptitudes relationnelles : Excellente communication, sens du service client, capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques.
Maitrise de l'anglais professionnel requise.
Atouts supplémentaires (seraient un plus):
- Expérience préalable en support applicatif.
- Bonne compréhension des environnements et contraintes des laboratoires de microbiologie.
