If this sounds like your calling, keep reading to learn more **Your Responsibilities** - You are accountable for ensuring an excellent onboarding experience for our customers until successful Go-Live. - As a professional in our product, you will conduct the technical setup of our Awareness Platform (SaaS Tool). - You will identify the needs of our customers to collaboratively implement ideal awareness measures. - For the smooth implementation of your projects, you will perform first-class stakeholder management, both with customers and internally at SoSafe. - You will assist our customers in finding solutions to technical issues in close collaboration with our Support Team and our Developers. - Through your experiences in the projects, you contribute to the continuous development of our products. **Your profile** - The satisfaction and success of your customers are your highest priority. - You have an interest in cybersecurity and are not daunted by technical difficulties. - You have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent from a university. - You are fluent in both French and English. - You are proactive and hands-on. - You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - You have 1-2 years (or more) of experience in Implementation Management or (IT) Project Management." - You enjoy teamwork and a collaborative team work culture. **Why Us?** At SoSafe, you'll be part of a cybersecurity team that thrives on innovation, safeguarding organisations against evolving threats and making the digital world a safer place.
