Echoes is the European Leader for providing neutral server and specific web products serving B2B customer and fleet industry in the Short Rental, Leasing and Mobility Operators sectors. The Echoes solution and products are based on a unique technology for collecting data directly from the embedded telematics technology by the OEMs. Collected data are harmonized and exposed to the B2B customers via API or through products dedicated to specific needs and use cases.

Echoes is offering Vehicle Data as a Service to B2B customers willing to use the data of their vehicles, for the time needed and with the flexibility required to build efficient and relevant business case.

2023 has been a fantastic year for Echoes to establish strong partnership across Europe, launch international customers in different countries, and increase market shares in Rental and Leasing markets.

Early 2024, Echoes merged with Moving Intelligence, Dutch company leader in its markets providing top class tracking and security solutions for assets.

As a group, the objective is to become European leader in Telematics and Connected vehicles solutions within 5 years.

As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Accountant to join our administrative and financial team.

**Job Purpose**:
You will contribute to the effective economic and financial management of the Echoes Group by handling the accounting for the French entity.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Within a welcoming, dynamic, and dedicated team, you will be responsible for:

- Collecting, verifying, and centralizing commercial, industrial, contractual, legal, or financial data to prepare account balances, income statements, balance sheets, and other documents in compliance with legal requirements;
- Assisting in the preparation of journal entries and closing operations for balance sheets;
- Fulfilling legal, tax, and social obligations for declaration and payment;
- Periodically updating and improving economic and financial dashboards (cash flow, monthly results, quantitative monitoring, analytical accounting);
- Monitoring and maintaining various activity tracking tables.

**Desired Profile**
- **Education**: Holder of at least a Bac +2 degree in accounting, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. You have a strong grasp of financial analysis, general and analytical accounting, budget management, and performance monitoring using indicators.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient with various computer tools (databases, accounting software, Excel), you demonstrate rigor and organization in your work.
- **Teamwork**: You enjoy working as part of a team. As a support function, you have a strong sense of service and client relations.
- **Initiative and Responsiveness**: You are proactive and responsive.
- **Autonomy**: You appreciate working independently in your role and maintaining a good work-life balance.
- **Commitment**: You are eager to engage in an organization with both social and environmental impact.

**Salary**:

- Annual fixed salary : €35.000,
- Health insurance
- Meal voucher

**Home office**:2 days per week
