**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Summary**:
As an Executive Director on the Euro Swaps Trading Desk, you'll play a key role in shaping our trading strategies and driving our success. We're looking for a team player with a strong background in trading Euro swaps.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Active engagement with client base to facilitate business
- Develop and implement trading strategies to optimise management of risk
- Collaborate with other traders and team members to share insights and strategies
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- You have proven long-term experience in trading Euro Swaps markets
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data
- You have excellent decision-making abilities
- You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
