**Job description**:
Conexus are working with a Global Pharmaceutical Company undergoing a huge Business Transformation. As a result we are looking for a **SAP Procurement & Legal Business Analyst** to Join them to collaborate closely with the Procurement and Legal departments to ensure clear identification of business and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and meticulously analyse business needs, fostering coordination among stakeholder groups to promptly and efficiently address them while upholding service quality.
- Provide consultative support for technology initiatives driven by business objectives.
- Innovate by co-designing and prototyping novel solutions, taking the lead on initiatives when necessary.
- Proactively track industry, functional, and technological trends to stay ahead.
- Collaborate with Digital and Business stakeholders to extract high-level requirements and capture business needs, comprehending customer journeys and outlining user requirements.
- Engage with Digital and Business stakeholders to influence project decisions, evaluating solution risks and prioritising competing business requirements.
- Uphold architectural consistency and usability standards, also defining and executing test cases.
- Spot opportunities for business-led delivery, coaching employees to harness technology and information effectively.
- Utilise data and evidence to identify patterns, exercising judgement to draw conclusions that might challenge conventional wisdom. Focus on pertinent issues to identify effective intervention points and strategies.

**Experience**:

- Familiarity with business processes and tools employed in Procurement and Legal domains.
- Proficiency in project management, collaboration, interpersonal skills, and communication.
- Track record with multi-geographical, multi-tier service design and management.
- Background in financial management, solution planning development, and product cost estimation.
- Ability for conceptual and analytically thinking, adept at extracting, analysing, and documenting intricate business and technical requisites or strategies.
- Awareness of prevailing technological trends.
