Attaché de Recherche Clinique Manager

The **Clinical Research Associate Manager **is responsible for the monitoring of clinical trials and tracking study progress of his/her site and the management of the other CRA.

You will work closely with a CERC Project Leader. And make valuable contributions to the development of innovative techniques, concepts, and treatments to improve patient care and lives.

We are looking for a **Clinical Research Associate with years of experience and speaking english and another language (italian, german, dutch, spannish...).** If you speak French too it would be a huge advantage.

The CRA Team is a small team of 11 CRA, the management doesn't take full time, so we**’**re looking for an enthusiastic team player who will focus on 2 aspect:
**Management activities**:

- Hiring new CRAs
- Performing annual appraisals for CRAs
- Planning and allocation of the resources needed for monitoring activities at the beginning and during the clinical study
- Organization and conduct of internal meetings with the CRAs
- Read project meetings minutes and if possible, take also part in some of the most relevant meetings
- Follow-up of the quality of monitoring activities through Key Performance Indicators, Review of a sample of Monitoring Visit documents...
- Management of the training needs of the CRAs

**CRA activities**:

- Site management from initiation to close-out in accordance with study specific procedures, applicable SOPs, and ICH GCP guidelines
- Remote monitoring via e-CRF
- Training and information for investigators and the clinical study
- Privileged contact with investigators centers
- On site monitoring of patient safety (review of SAEs, AEs)
- Drafting of visit reports in compliance with the monitoring plan
- Updating of all relevant tracking systems on an ongoing basis
- Assisting the Clinical Project Leader in regulatory submissions and site contract management when necessary.

**You will be successful in this role if**:

- You have an excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- You have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve project timelines
- You have the ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- You have a Master or higher graduate degree within a science related field, with a CRA training certificate and relevant operational experience as a CRA or as a CRA Manager

Chaired by 5 interventional cardiologists, who have been key clinical research investigators for over 20 years, we conduct clinical studies directly in line with the issues of cardiologists practicing in private or public hospitals.

CERC is currently managing thirty studies sponsored by the industry, as well as more than 10 “investigator-initiated trials” set up to find treatments for conditions / comorbidities for which no satisfactory therapeutic strategies have yet been developed.
