Join us and let's create the future of gaming together **Interested in joining Homa as an intern?**: **Meet the team ‍‍‍**: You will be working alongside and reporting to our **FP&A Manager**, collaborating with a diverse finance team consisting of 5 persons: the VP of Finance, Director of Finance, FP&A Manager, Finance Manager, and a Junior Accountant. **Role and Missions - What you will do**: **This internship is set up to start in June/September 2025 ideally.** As a **Finance Assistant Intern**, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's financial goals are met. You will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the team, assisting with various projects, and bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the table. Key Responsibilities: - Support in managing the company's accounting and financial operations, including updating weekly/monthly tools and producing analysis on operating expenses and other strategic aspects. - Provide insights to top management to facilitate strategic decision-making. - Develop internal tools to automate and streamline day-to-day work processes, improving overall efficiency and contributing to the company’s margins. - Assist the team with ad-hoc reports, data analysis, presentations, and projects such as company financial reports and board/investor presentations. - Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. - Contribute to finance planning and process improvement initiatives. - Assist in the preparation and coordination of financial audits. **Requirements**: **Preferred Experience—What's your profile**: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you're the one - Currently pursuing a Degree in Finance, Strategy, Business, or similar, at a top-tier university. - Prior internship experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Scale-up, Audit, or Private Equity. - Excellent proficiency using Office 365 Software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Analytical mindset, business acumen, problem-solving skills, autonomy, commitment, and reliability. - Fluency in English is essential. - Enrolled in a university that can provide an Internship Agreement and be available for a 6-month onsite internship in Paris. **Benefits** **Our Culture - Who we are**: At Homa, we are building a community of brilliant talents.
