You will...
- Maintain a dialogue with key client collaborators about their ongoing hot topics, business priorities, proactively finding opportunities
- Manage a growing and partially virtual team, sharing knowledge and encouraging a culture of learning. Including multiple direct line reports.
- Create high functioning relationships with EP colleagues, senior partners, and local Kantar & YouGov teams
- Lead major EP projects across a portfolio of clients, responsible for the development and delivery of high profile, multi-country insights
- Develop opportunities to grow revenue for the team, with a focus on increasing the contribution of EP products and services
- Negotiating new and existing contracts

You have...
- Profound knowledge in quantitative research, ideally understanding of Consumer Panel data
- A desire to develop commercial skills through spotting opportunities - proactive project-mining, and proposal writing
- Experience delivering against commercial targets and act proactively in pursuit of opportunities.
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence both externally and internally senior level contacts and to be seen as an expert by those contacts
- Experience delivering insight based consultative projects with the ability to provide valuable client insights, and present complex data clearly and incisively
- A confident, compelling and engaging communication style that conveys the expertise expected of a consultant
- A collaborative approach with clients and colleagues of various personalities and cultures
