**Cost Control Internship/Apprentice M/W**:
- Location: EMAS PARIS,France- Contract type: InternshipThe ERAMET mining and metallurgical Group, with 13,000 employees on 5 continents and 4.5 billion euros turnover in 2021, is a world benchmark player in its three areas of activity, nickel, manganese and mineral sands.
The main activities of the projects and operations division, in addition to prospecting for new deposits and diversifying the group into new metals, mainly consist of the extraction of manganese ore in Gabon, the extraction and processing of nickel in New Caledonia and Indonesia, the transformation of manganese ore in Norway and the United States, the production of ilmenite and zircon from mineral sands in Senegal, and the production of titanium in Norway.
Eramet Marketing Services, headquartered in Paris, provides industrial, commercial and HR management for this division, as well as finance through its Administrative and Financial Department.
You will join the Cost Control department, in order to guarantee the reliability of the information transmitted, by ensuring following missions:
- Realize part of Monthly Reporting for the General Management
- Carrying out the Operational Management Control of the Central Functions of the holding company
- Participate to the Branch's Reporting Systems (Magnitude, SAP) evolution.
The main activities involved are:
- Participate in the operational and financial reporting process for the BUs (business units) of the division
- Perform management analyzes of BUs and their component entities: operational indicators, financial results (EBITDA, WCR, Investments), gap analyzes
- Participate in the forecasting and re-forecasting process (budget, forecast)
- Participate in budget preparation and monitoring of overhead costs
- Participate in the implementation of tools for monitoring the commercial performance of BUs
- Carry out analyzes, simulations and specific financial studies.
- Participate in the formalization of management procedures.
- Contribute to the evolution of the SAP management system in collaboration with the IT Services Department.
