**Company Description** HE Space** is a successful international space company. HE Space has joined forces with CS Group to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consulting.

As part of the on-call support team you will have the following responsibilities:

- Operating, monitoring and incident response systems deployed at for supervising the system status of the system using dedicated tools;
- Incident handling of any alerts raised by the tools by following operational procedures which cover security alert monitoring, incident categorisation and triage, incident response strategy and definition of recovery strategies;
- Contributing to the review and refinement of the incident handling processes in order to optimise incident response capabilities;
- Maintaining the lessons learnt knowledge base following incident closures;
- Supporting the Operational Analysts daily tasks In order for the backup operators and the 24/7 external cyber shift operators to have the adequate knowledge to perform the required services;
**Qualifications**
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
Mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience on:

- Microsoft Technologies:

- Windows Domain (Active Directory)
- Exchange Server, IIS, RDS
- System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
- Linux & Container Orchestration:

- Red Hat Linux
- Monitoring & Observability:

- OpenNMS
- Nagios
- Storage & Backup:

- Longhorn, VEEM
- o Security & Networking:

- Firewall Management (Stormshield, Palo Alto)
- IDS Management
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Management
- VPN Solutions
- Antivirus Management
- Middleware & Application Servers:

- Boss EAP 1
- MCSA or equivalent certifications in applicable windows technologies are highly valued.
- Knowledge on Linux.
- _ HPS EU Secret clearance valid at the time of proposal._
