The Service holder will cover a wide range of activities that are broken down into the following 6 categories:

- ** HSE**:

- ** Identity**:

- ** Internal communications**:
Ensure teams are supported for all their specific requests;
Identify, plan, and execute communication activities around the Project's packages;
Lead communication projects and campaigns;
Unite the teams to develop a sense of pride and belonging to the Project.
- ** Stakeholder Relations / Supply Chain / Partners**:
Ensure communications are aligned with all our partners and stakeholders;
Use our partners' and stakeholders' communications to feed ours and create synergies.
- ** Coordination**:
Work with packages, affiliate, HQ, E&P communications, PR to feed them information about this flagship Project and promote it through its various milestones.
Maximize visibility and protect the Project from miscommunication.
- ** Leadership communications**:
Ensure the Project director is properly supported with speech notes and presentations when speaking to senior internal stakeholders and external audiences.
Enable our spokespersons to deliver impactful LinkedIn posts, Viva E&P posts, interviews, presentations, and speeches.
- ** Events**:

- ** Confidentiality**:
Observe and impose strict confidentiality with regards to the services performed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with similar large-scale projects & environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of TotalEnergies’ strategy and its branches (E&P, OT).
- Proven network within the various communication departments of TotalEnergies.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
