**Your responsibilities**:
- Manage the Division's profit centers (Income Statements) and coordinate with finance and accounting departments.
- Prepare relevant financial analyses of the company's performance in order to establish budgets, forecasts and propose improvement actions in line with the company's strategy
- Intervene in specific areas of activity:
- Product profitability/business lines/product cost projects, on and under absorption analysis/inventory analysis/working capital requirements
- Develop and continuously adapt analytical tools, indicators and management control procedures.
- Ensure monthly-quarterly reporting (realized/forecasts).
- Identify and analyze significant discrepancies between actual and forecasts, particularly on project monitoring
- Propose improvement measures to limit these discrepancies
- Support operational staff in terms of contracts (offers, commercial conditions, profitability, etc.).
- Participate in transversal missions (finance and IT).
**Your background**:
- 5 years of experience in a management control position (in an industrial environment, in projects and services would be a plus)
- Bac + 5 Finance / Business Management
- Quality of analysis and synthesis
- Autonomous and able to take initiatives, ability to adapt to new IT tools (SAP, Business Objects, Power BI, etc.)
- Rigor, attention to detail, responsiveness
- Ability to work in a team and proven communication skills (written and verbal).
- Operational English manadatory
- Knowledge of Anglo-Saxon accounting and SOX (Internal Control)
