**About Albea & the Product line that is recruiting**

**Scope**
System Part
- Windows environments: 10 & 11 and Servers 2012/2016/2019/2022;
- Mainstream Windows server roles: Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/File Server;
- Office suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.) for solving incidents related;
Basic skills in:

- Azure Environment;
- EntraID (known as Azure AD previously);
- Microsoft 365 (previously named O365) admin consoles: M365/Teams/SharePoint/Security & Compliance;
- Other Windows server roles are appreciated (RADIUS / PKI);
- Workplace Administration through SCCM + Intune;
Knowledge in (as a plus):

- ServiceNow as ITSM;
- Identity Provider (like OneLogin, Okta, or EntraID);
- Microsoft Exchange Hybrid environment;
- Proofpoint Secure Mail;
- AWS;
- Google Workspace;
- PowerShell;
**Profile (Experience & qualifications)**
- 3-year degree or higher;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in International context;
- Multi-culture;
- Good English written and spoken is a must
