Plenitude is a niche consultancy, specialising in Financial Crime Risk and Compliance. Our focus is firmly on addressing the legal, regulatory, reputational, and social imperative for financial institutions to take diligent and rigorous steps to mitigate financial crime risks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing and/or overseeing the delivery of projects and production of deliverables in conjunction with client or Plenitude resources.
- Supporting the business development of the newly created Paris Practice across different client segments, including financial services firms and cryptoassets service providers.
- Supporting the development of our proposition on matters related to Digital Assets.
- Contributing to thought leadership papers and other publications, as well as taking part in consultations and working groups through industry groups.
- Contributing to internal and external training and awareness initiatives on matters related to Financial Crime and/or Digital Assets.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Compliance or Consulting background with relevant working experience
- Strong understanding of the risk & regulatory context impacting financial services firms and crypto-asset service providers.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to understand complex regulatory and technological concepts at a deep level quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisation, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in French and English
- With a HQ in London, flexibility for occasional traveling is a must.
