The Growth Copywriter will be a core member of the Creative team, focused on developing high-performing copy for the Growth Marketing team. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling and data-driven optimization. You will work across CRM, performance marketing, paid media, and other channels, ensuring all copy aligns with Ledger's brand voice while driving measurable results. Collaboration with the CRM designer and marketing team is crucial to creating effective campaigns.

**Your Mission**
- Adapt copy for performance marketing campaigns, focusing on driving user acquisition and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign metrics and use data to optimize copy for better performance.
- Collaborate with the CRM designer to create engaging visual and textual content.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on copy based on results.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in growth copywriting.
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to align copy with campaign objectives.

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience as a copywriter within tech, crypto, or web3, preferably in a growth marketing or performance marketing role.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different channels and audiences.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is a must.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
