Them come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious and sustainable company project **#IWorkForAllForGood** **LOCATION**: Suresnes (92) **MAIN MISSIONS**: Reporting to the Export Supply Chain and Europe Physical Distribution Director, he/she is responsible of managing the Export warehouses and coordinating the maritime transportation of export operations. - Responsible of organizing all Exports flows from France sourcing (Factories and Warehouses) to the Distributors and Bel DCs - Supports the team of Export Distribution specialists in their daily activities: - Inventory control and warehouse operations according to the operating procedures - Execution of shipments and transport operations with quality at the agreed cost - Logistics quality complaints management (storage, loading and transportation) and traceability - Invoice control and pre-invoicing system with suppliers - Manages the relationship with French customs & DDP authorities and is responsible of the the OEA certification compliance - Supervises the management of master data of the Export perimeter - Ensures an effective communication with Deployers, Export CS teams, BU SC teams, Carriers and Logistics Service providers - Identifies and implements cost and service optimization projects like loading modes and route-to-market changes - Monitors the SC performance and productivity metrics of the Service providers and implements the necessary action plans to continually improve service, quality and reduce cost. - Manages the team of Export Distribution specialists through - Identifying and implementing changes in the ways of working (systems and processes) - Training and capability plans - Priority setting, objectives definition and annual performance assessment-Collaborates within the export community **PROFIL**: - Master in International Trade, Business or Supply Chain with 5 years in an import/export or supply chain operations preferably in an FMCG company - You have a strong expertise on Physical Distribution (transportation and warehousing) preferably on Export and sea freight operations - You have developed a knowledge of the E2E value Chain, core business and operational processes - You are familiar with tools (ERP : SAP preferred, Microsoft Pack Office) - Your management, leadership skills and communication allow you to convince and effectively influence in problem solving and decision making - You have solid competencies in project, change and transversal management - You have a customer centricity mindset and digital culture and learning appetite - The APICs certification is a plus - You are fluent in English If you think that this job is for you, please click now on the button "Apply".
