**Team**:
We are looking to expand our team to support our rapid growth. Our headquarter is in Paris and we also have an office in Marseille, with a global and diverse team of about 40 tech, product, growth and sales experts. We pride ourselves on being a small, committed team of highly autonomous individuals. **We value excellence, hard work and ownership.**

You’ll join our Product & Tech team, led by Etienne (Co-founder and CTO), comprising 15 talented people in tech, product, data and CSR expertise with both junior and senior profiles, as well as men and women. You will report to the Growth Lead_ Morane_ and work cross-functionally with Expertise, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership to amplify our voice and grow our impact.

**We have a flexible work policy (not full remote). You will be based in Paris.**

**Role**:
As a **Growth strategist**, your mission is to turn Beavr’s expertise and client insights into high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. You'll be responsible for managing activation campaigns—from identifying the right audience hand-in-hand with Sales and crafting sharp messaging, to executing campaigns and tracking results.

This is a high-autonomy, high-creativity role for someone who loves turning strategy into action.

**Key responsibilities**

**Content creation**:

- Turn internal expertise (CS feedback, product know-how, expertise memos and guides) into powerful content: posts, guides, landing pages, and more
- Write with clarity, creativity, and purpose, adapting the tone to each audience and format

**Event & webinar management**:

- Own the planning, promotion, and execution of high-value events (physical and online)
- Coordinate with speakers, partners, and internal teams to create memorable experiences that generate leads and strengthen our brand

**Activation campaigns execution**:

- Define activation campaigns hand-in-hand with Growth Engineer and Growth Lead: who to target, with what message, on which channel, and when

**Automation**:

- Use AI and automation tools to streamline processes, from content production to campaign management
- Share best practices and tools with the broader team to elevate everyone's impact

**Qualifications**:

- ** Must-Have**:

- Strong business acumen—you understand how marketing impacts growth
- Creativity, with a talent for storytelling and simplifying complex ideas
- Hands-on mindset—you love launching fast and improving as you go
- Excellent organizational skills—can juggle content, events, and campaigns without missing a beat
- AI-fluency—you use tools like ChatGPT or n8n to work smarter and faster
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

**Bonus**:

- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, sustainability, or tech
- Experience with LinkedIn campaigns, HubSpot, Notion, Userled or Webflow
- Strong visual or brand sense, even if you're not a designer
- Comfort running webinars or live events
- A track record of building or scaling marketing systems
