Process Performance department are actively looking for its **Business Process Referent for Master Data Synchronization**

**The challenges of the position**

In close collaboration with Business Process Referents for Customer and Product domains, your challenge is to guarantee the promotion, definition, usage, maintenance of Master Data Referentials in the company and ensure these referentials are used effectively.

You will promote Master Data Synchronization good practices and ensure processes and roles are applied following applicable regulations and procedures. You will work closely with Information Systems teams to implement solutions aiming the definition of actual “points of truth”.

You will take part of external working groups, communities, to share bioMerieux Master Data management best practices.

You will finalize the deployment of Product Master Data exchange with EUDAMED database (European IVDR).

**Business Process Referent for Data Synchronization**

Define and maintain strategy and associated processes, solutions and governance for:

- Ensure Product Master Data synchronization with third party organizations (UDI databases, Customers) following GS1 standard
- Ensure Master Data exchange conformity with regulations and third-parties expectations
- Guarantee identification, collection and quality of master data to reach the objective of a “point of truth” settlement.
- Ensure data synchronization problem follow up and resolution following Service Level Agreement
- Be actively part of communities

These different actions must be done in close relationship with other departments of the company : Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.) and Information Systems department
- Define, plan and drive any Master Data synchronization enhancements (Product, Customer, other domains)
- Promote and communicate to all departments Master Data synchronization requirements (Product, Customer, other domains)
- Be the voice of the company for Master Data synchronization topic (Product, Customer, other domains)

**Project Management**

Act as the Business Project Leader for Product Master Data synchronization finalization with EUDAMED database (European IVDR).

- Attraction to be part of networks of experts (internal and external)
- Business requirements & constraints understanding
- Knowledge of UDI is a plus
- Experience in project Management (technical & functional)
