Grâce à cette acquisition stratégique, combinée à notre empreinte historique, le Groupe continuera d'être un pionnier dans le développement, la fabrication et la distribution d'une gamme diversifiée de produits en vente libre. - Job description
- **Position Overview**:
As a Senior Marketing Manager for International markets, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation across Cooper Consumer Health's portfolio. You will manage projects from conception to post-launch, ensuring alignment with our global brand strategies, and spearheading initiatives that shape the future of the consumer healthcare industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Consumer Insight from Global to Local**:
- Gather and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities within local markets.
- Translate these insights into actionable local marketing strategies and activation plans that drive engagement and growth.
- ** Brand Development**:
- Lead the development of local brand strategies, ensuring they are aligned with global positioning while being relevant to the local audience.
- Oversee the creation of compelling brand content and communication plans, ensuring consistency across all channels, including trade marketing initiatives.
- ** Activation Toolkits**:
- Develop comprehensive activation toolkits that include guidelines, content, creative assets, and templates for local marketing teams to implement.
- Ensure toolkits are adaptable across different channels, including digital, social, in-store, and traditional media.
- Develop Trade Marketing activation strategies which includes planogram, 2nd display and recommendation at pharmacy or store level.
- ** Local Market Activation**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, trade marketing, digital) to ensure smooth execution of marketing and trade activations at the local level.
- Manage the localization of global campaigns to ensure they reflect local nuances, customer preferences, and market conditions.
- ** Advertising & Promotion Budget Management**:
- Develop and manage the advertising and promotional (A&P) budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various initiatives.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend, optimizing the budget to maximize ROI.
- ** Budget Management**:
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, digital marketing) and external agencies to deliver high-quality and effective marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on campaign performance, consumer insights, and budget management.
- ** Performance Analysis & Optimization**:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing for better results.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for future campaigns and activation strategies.
