Senior Performance Analyst

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Scor SE annual operating planning and landing
- Scor SE DTA recovery test projections where needed with a focus on Paris Head Office
- Scor SE quarterly financial analytics
- Perform the quarterly financial analysis for IFRS and French GAAP P&L B/S, including detail variance analysis (actual vs plan) and the underlying business/technical drivers
- Develop and enhance the entity planning and analysis tool.
- Produce ad hoc analysis on project impacting Scor SE

**Scor SE operating planning and forecast**
- Produce the Legal Entity French GAAP Operational Planning and ensure timely submission, good data quality and documentation of key drives/risks to plan
- Produce the French Tax Perimeter DTA plan and ensure timely submission, good data quality and documentation of key drives/risks to plan
- Produce French Tax Perimeter landingProvide effective communication of plan progression for each iterations of operating plans and the corresponding plan assumptions / key risks to plan

**Scor SE quarterly/annual financial analytics**
- Produce the quarterly financial analysis for IFRS and French GAAP P&L B/S, including detail variance analysis (actual vs plan) and the underlying business/technical drivers
- Perform annual valuation of Scor SE goodwill, intangibles and affiliatesReview performance section of Regulatory narrative reporting (URD, RSR, SFCR of the Legal Entity)

**Produce ad hoc analysis impacting Scor SE**
- Review / Challenge internal retrocession pricing to ensure armslenght transaction
- Ensure all information available for transfer pricing purposesPerform valuation when needed

**Finance transformation involvement**:
You will support the execution of the Scor SE Finance Director roadmap and mandate in the following areas:

- Deliver enhanced operational efficiency by standardizing and mutualizing processes.
- Strengthen procedures (review, improve and document the existing or set up new process)
- Build strong collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders

**Experience**:

- At least 7 years of relevant working experiences in fields related to insurance/reinsurance preferably with at least 3 years in actuarial, data analysis or insurance audit
- Very strong Actuarial and IFRS knowledge, with insurance context
- Solid data management skills
- Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, and develop recommendations and action plan
- Excellent Excel skills, preferably VBA, macros usage
